Tην Κυριακή 15 Μαρτίου, (Δευτέρα 16/3, ώρα Ελλάδας) πραγματοποιήθηκαν τα Όσκαρ 2026. Μεγάλος νικητής της βραδιάς αναδείχθηκε η ταινία One Battle After Another, η οποία απέσπασε συνολικά έξι βραβεία. Στις ερμηνευτικές κατηγορίες, το Όσκαρ Α΄ Γυναικείου Ρόλου κέρδισε η Jessie Buckley για την ερμηνεία της στην ταινία Hamnet, ενώ το Όσκαρ Α΄ Ανδρικού Ρόλου απέσπασε ο Michael B. Jordan για την εμφάνισή του στο Sinners.
